The Technical Manager will supportproduction operation efficiency by overseeing the upkeep of equipment through proactive maintenance and swift problem-solving to minimize unexpected downtime.
This role involves leadingthe maintenance, technician, and blow mold operator teams by offering guidance, instructions, and access to training materials to promote their development.
Additionally, the Technical Manager is responsible for creating and managing a Preventive Maintenance program that collaborates with and complements the maintenance order system (FIXX).
This position reports directly to the General Manager of Engineering.
(Position does have direct-reports on day shift, night shift, and weekends)The schedule is day shift, 7:
00am - 4:
30pm.
This is a direct-hire role and will include a full benefits package.
Estimated pay rangefrom $90,000.
00 - $130,000.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Establishes a relationship with equipment vendors, forecasts equipment needs to ensure readily available supply of parts.
-Manage maintenance, technician and blow mold operator teams, parts/MRO, and equipment.
-Manage service contractors (compressors, chiller system, electrical services, etc.
)-Coach and direct the maintenance, technician and blow mold operator teams.
-Generate weekly/monthly reports as required.
-Monitor the performance of production equipment to ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and compliance with all local, state, federal and company policies.
-Manage employee selection, training, performance evaluation, documentation, salary and termination processes.

Qualifications:
-10
years' experience in manufacturing operations-5
years' experience in a supervisory capacity-Bachelor's degree preferred.
-High school diploma or equivalent is required.
-Excellent project management skills-Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.
-Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred-Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group.
