Responsibilities:
This is a working Lead posisition Manage & Drive the Preventative Maintenance Program Support & follow the Process Safety Management Program elements Schedule resources to complete scheduled inspections & component replacement plans, as required Completion of required documentation to meet Safety, Environmental and Pactiv Production system elements Responsible for education & training, and leadership of up to 15 employees and their daily work assignments Lead & supervise the parts crib stocking and storage strategy to meet the goals of our MRO inventory reduction plan Directly overseeing plant start-up and shutdown procedures to save energy and prevent machine wear You should be proficient in:
