POSITION:
SALES PROJECT MANAGER

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Sales Project Manager (SPM) will identify, acquire and successfully and profitably run a minimum book of business for our client. The Sales function requires the SPM to generate business and relationships. The SPM is responsible for the successful and profitable outcome of the project. This includes proposing appropriate work, creating the pre-construction and during installation execution plan, the oversight of submittal approval; materials ordering; change order execution, weekly sub-contract labor and monthly billing. The expectation is that the SPM is involved closely with each aspect of the project. Installation, Project Support, Accounting and Estimating are support functions.

POSITION
Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the owner, the Sales Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all functional areas relating to Sales Project Management.


  • Meets bid deadline requirements in an accurate and complete manner
  • Generates detailed scopes of work
  • Support operations departments during transition and installation
  • Identifies and reports errors, ambiguities, and missing information in contract documents, minimizes all exclusions possible
  • Performs comprehensive analysis and scoping for bids
  • Submits bid documents to Project Management in a timely manner
  • Completes work on time in a professional and competitive manner
  • Reviews job costing with Project Management team
  • Produces accurate estimates with regard to risk factors and construction methods
  • Solicits and maintains communication and positive relations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Communicates effectively with other members of the team
  • Follows company safety policies and procedures

POSITION
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management / related field, or equivalent job experience.
  • At least two years in flooring.
  • Experience in multi-family, corporate and healthcare commercial flooring is preferred.
  • Ability to make decisions that require detailed analysis and investigation with solutions requiring significant original thinking.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
