Lead manufacturing engineering for machinery, equipment, tooling, and processes.
Troubleshoot production and quality issues.
Develop and document manufacturing processes (routings, work instructions, etc.
).
Recommend and implement new equipment and methods for efficiency.
Optimize existing processes using Lean techniques.
Support product design for manufacturability.
Reduce costs through manufacturing operations.
Implement processes on CNC equipment and launch new products
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Tech) 8
years' experience in manufacturing technologies & processes Proficient in LEAN manufacturing techniques Familiar with CNC programming Recommended Skills Lean Manufacturing Machinery Manufacturing Engineering Problem Solving Product Design Programmable Logic Controllers Apply to this job.
