Logistical Support

Global company with local presence looking for candidates for entry writing position.
Responsibilities:
transmission and clearance or transfer of cargo - data document confirmation - research and resolve entry problems - review accounting, credit, customs bond, audit instructions and billing packets - review entry details and verify for compliance data related to calculation of duties, duty policy. PGA's, trade agreements, prior notice or any specific requests by Customs for proper filing for release - monitor, realease, and follow up on all ABI/AMS mesages - enter all billing charges into system - deliverables and acheivables
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
attention to detail very important - assertiveness - ability to work in fast paced environment are all a plus - ability to meet deadlines and effective communication skills are a must!

Qualifications:
past entry writing experience required - experience in import/export logistics preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
