Life Fitness Product Manager Console Platform

The challenge As a Product Manager for our console platform, you will work with multiple stakeholders to create and drive the development of the product vision and strategy, distilling it into an actionable roadmap. By closely interacting with talented development teams, you will drive the delivery of incremental releases ensuring technical integrity of the product and underlying platform.  Your responsibility will be to scale the platform as we continue to roll it out globally, understand product usage metrics, and guide our strategic roadmap. You will be responsible for delivering on the agreed product vision and road-map: taking specific product features from requirements definition, specification development, user story authoring, backlog prioritization through to engaging with the engineering teams coding the user stories. What You'll Do o Work in a Product Pod environment consisting of Product, Design, Software, and QA. o Use market knowledge to define the 3-year product vision o Drive relevant product management meetings and user/customer conversations o Manage business expectations, by pitching the product vision to stakeholders o Drive backlog grooming, planning and vision refinement sessions with business and engineering teams o Transform requirements into feature specs /user stories o Establish story acceptance criteria for the engineering team o Work alongside Design to come up with ideal customer experience o Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog o Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers o Protect the team from outside interference/distraction from unapproved changes/additions o Describe the product benefits in a way that helps marketing and sales reach new and existing customers o Describe the product functionality in a way that enables customer support agents to troubleshoot customer issues What You Need To Succeed o 5+ years of Product Management experience or similar experience o Experience conducting end user/customer interviews o Articulate in documenting product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories o Ability to present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers o Ability to manage issue resolution and mitigate risk on the product roadmap o Well versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies o Analytical skills to test hypothesis and sort through uncertain options o Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations o Ability to influence executive and senior level leaders regarding product vision, road map and work backlog priorities and trade-offs o Ability to foster a brand as a Product management role model across the organization o Bachelors or Masters degree with 5+ years experience (degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is a bonus) o Experience with mobile preferred o Effective communication with customers and remote stakeholders is mandatory JR-012038

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
