Life Fitnes Multimedia Electrical Engineer III

Have what it takes? Join us. Lead the definition and development of entertainment systems utilizing content provided over various wired and wireless mediums. Work within cross-functional teams to develop new product specifications and subsystem requirements. Contribute to the definition of multimedia system architecture and implementation. Create hardware and firmware requirements for module and peripheral validation and work directly with third party solution providers to implement and validate designs. Use experience and knowledge in HTTP, UDP and RTP to specify and design systems to deliver entertainment media to fitness product over IP. Specify TV tuner solution for fitness products that conform to global broadcast standards. Specify WiFi streaming solutions and various wireless technologies. Develop validation test plans to verify that the designs meet specifications and mentor junior engineers in the execution of those tests. Education + Experience Requirements Master's in electrical engineering and two (2) years of experience in multimedia solutions product development Special Skills: Must have work experience in each of the following:  1) use internet protocols such as HTTP, UDP and RTP to validate the quality and performance of entertainment media delivered to fitness products over IP; 2) use knowledge of broadcast standards, including ATSC, QAM-b, DVB, ISDB-T, DTMB, NTSC and PAL to perform integration of TV tuner solutions in fitness products; and 3) validate video and audio streaming performance over WiFi using 802.11 a/b/g/n standards, including WiFi Direct, WiFi Alliance, Miracast, and Apple TV. Alternative Qualifications: In lieu of master's degree and two (2) years of experience, will accept a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in the same fields. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
