Life Fitness Plant Manager

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manages and coordinates all plant functions including production, materials purchasing, maintenance, employee relations, accounting, quality and shipping Develops budgets and operational plans meeting overall divisional financial and operational goals for the plant Determines schedules, forecasts and budgets for plant resources, equipment, supplies, and facilities Reviews organizational and manpower planning to ensure they are consistent and adequate for the attainment of plant production and utilization goals Implements capital expenditures including facility improvements and tooling and fixtures Develops goals and objectives for the plant reflecting overall organizational plans.  Communicates them to subordinates and utilizes them to motivate employee performance and encourage employee involvement Acts as the operation's spokesperson and liaison.  Establishes and maintains necessary communications and coordination with peers, subordinates, supervisors, vendors, customers, and government agencies associated with or affiliated with the plant Administers policies and programs plant-wide that ensure the most economic and efficient use of equipment, facilities, and human resources Maintains a high level of communication within and between various plant functional areas and departments Administers direct supervisory responsibilities for professional and technical personnel, including selection, hiring, training, performance evaluation, promotional recommendations and work schedule Administers plant operations within Company guidelines pertaining to quality, human relations, customer relations, safety and security Reviews and responds to operational reports, and performance records to ensure expected performance levels REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and managing vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly operations for large electro-mechanical products Proven success leading a workforce of 150 or more, with demonstrated strength in labor relations, employee engagement, development, and retention Background in cellular manufacturing or "just-in-time" manufacturing required Previous experience driving Lean and/or continuous improvement efforts for a high-volume production facility Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence, Microsoft Access and Power Point a plus Education:  Bachelor's degree required JR-013380

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
